Now in its third year, our Giving Tree program has become a cherished holiday tradition. The initiative provides support to NIBS employees and their families who may be facing financial hardship during the holiday season.

Through the program, employees can confidentially request gifts or meal assistance for their families. Fellow team members and departments contribute donations from toys and clothing to hams, turkeys, and other holiday essentials, ensuring every family can experience the joy and comfort of the season.
