New Image Building Services is proud to announce that Doug Rhodes has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Doug will oversee operational strategy and service delivery across NIBS’ portfolio, drawing on more than two decades of integrated facilities management leadership.

Doug joins NIBS most recently from Comerica Bank, where he served as Vice President, Manager of Facilities Management & Health/Safety/Environmental, providing operational oversight and enterprise-wide process standards for facilities, health, safety, and environmental programs across 470 banking centers and corporate offices. He partnered with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Corporate Security, and Business Continuity to manage complex HSE issues, audits, and regulatory compliance, and managed the company’s primary facilities management vendor relationship.

Prior to Comerica Bank, Doug spent 12 years as the Senior Facility Manager at CBRE, managing commercial property operations for the GM Renaissance Center — a 5.5-million-square-foot campus with retail, restaurants, and approximately 12,000 office workers. He led a team of roughly 40 professionals across Facilities, Purchasing, Engineering, Projects, and HSE. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Vice President of Facility Services at Jones Lang LaSalle, serving as the Client Relationship Manager for accounts including General Motors, Visteon, American Axle, and Delphi.
